Middle School (Ages 12–14) | Digital Download
Identity, Voice & Belonging supports middle-school students in exploring who they are within the context of history, culture, and diaspora.
This workbook makes space for complexity—inviting young people to think critically about colonial history, language loss, race, gender, and self-definition while honoring resilience and cultural survival.
Through writing prompts, reflection, and discussion, students are encouraged to name their voice and claim belonging on their own terms.
Core themes include:
Diaspora and double consciousness
Colonial history and indentureship
Language loss and survival
Gender, culture, and expectation
Voice, agency, and self-definition
